Event Date : 28th May 2016
The main objective of this event is to provide school bag kits to 80 orphan kids of Surabhi foundation trust. It's just not only that, we also added some entertainment to program and made a happy day for the Kids by conducting games, activities, songs and dances.
We had started event at 10:30 am and closed by 4pm. The day as followed
- Conducted Quiz competition to kids.
- Group Song Performed by Kids and played few games after that.
- Conducted painting competition. selected 13 top paintings out of 80.
- A nice Lunch to all. Later assembled again.
- Gifts and School Kit distribution.
- Played Science videos for Kids
- Nice music songs with great dance performance by Kids & Volunteers
- Volunteers donated old cloths, toys, news paper, sport items to Kids
- At last we have given fruits to the oldage home next to the Kids Center
Overall it was very successful event with help of volunteers and Surabhi staff. Thank you every one for all you coordination. If any one wants to help the Kids kindly contact Surabhi coordinators.
